Grammar is essential in maintaining clarity, coherence, and precision in communication, but many students struggle with English grammar proficiency. This research examines the Think Board Strategy's efficacy in raising English grammar proficiency among Grade 6 students at Ibabao Elementary School. The research targeted the participants' English grammar proficiency level before and after using the think board strategy, the difference between the participant's English grammar proficiency level, to what degree the think board strategy improved, the learning experiences the participants preferred, and suggesting recommendations. The researchers employed a quasi-experimental pretest-post-test design with 31 student participants selected through whole enumeration and random sampling. The research also used a pretest and posttest survey to gather data; it contained the quantitative (mean, standard deviation, and paired t-test). Findings reveal an improvement in students' grammar skills as scores improved at the posttest. Moreover, students found the Think Board Strategy very helpful as it provided organization, collaboration, and the ability to engage. This research concludes that the Think Board Strategy effectively builds grammar ability and recommends its inclusion in regular English classes.

This study aims to determine the relationship between instructional workload management and perceived stress among elementary teachers at Kalawisan Elementary School. Using surveys completed by 34 teacher-respondents, the research examines workload components such as lesson planning, material preparation, student assessment, administrative tasks, and extracurricular coaching. Results reveal that high instructional workloads significantly contribute to elevated stress levels, while effective workload management correlates with improved teacher well-being and teaching efficacy. Additionally, teachers employ various coping mechanisms, including task prioritization and peer collaboration, to mitigate stress. The study concludes that balancing workload demands with adequate resources is vital for enhancing teacher satisfaction and performance. It recommends implementing policies that streamline tasks and provide support systems to reduce stress and foster professional growth among educators.

The phonological features of Korean English refer to the unique pronunciationpatterns and sound influences that arise when Korean speakers use English, oftenshaped by differences between the two languages' sound systems. This studyhadinvestigated the phonological challenges faced by Korean learners of English at Joyful Education, focusing on how the inherent differences between the Korean and Englishphonological systems had impacted their pronunciation. Despite efforts to improveEnglish proficiency, many Korean students had encountered persistent difficulties inarticulating English sounds due to phonetic interference from their native language, limited exposure to native speakers, and the distinct characteristics of Korean English. This research had employed descriptive qualitative methods, including analysis of recorded speech, interviews, and observations, to document common pronunciationerrors and strategies employed by learners to enhance their pronunciation. The findingshad revealed systematic pronunciation errors, such as vowel substitutions, consonant cluster reductions, and misapplied stress patterns, that had affected communicationefficacy and intelligibility. Additionally, the results had emphasized the importanceof tailored pedagogical interventions to address these phonological difficulties, ultimatelycontributing to enhanced English proficiency and confidence among learners.

Today's elementary children are highly skilled at using technology. Thus, educational institutions and school administrators are embracing Video-Based instruction. This technology has evolved into a link that will assist these children in learning more and developing advanced educational and instructional skills. However, it is essential to note that some students are still adjusting to and mastering this form of instruction. This experimental and descriptive study investigated the efficacy and acceptability of utilizing Video-Based material to teach Science 6. The survey data and the pretest and posttest were acquired from a complete list of 40 Babag II Elementary School students in Lapu-Lapu, Cebu, who participated in Video-Based learning. The study indicated that the insertion of the instructional film did not significantly alter pretest to posttest results using a paired samples t-test. Furthermore, the study revealed that the learners found the video-based material helpful, easy, and satisfying and had a positive attitude toward the video. To summarize, the success of Video-Based content in teaching Science 6 has positively impacted students' acceptance levels in terms of perceived usefulness, ease of use, attitude toward use, and actual use of material.

Game-based learning is applicable in the field of Science, specifically in projectile motion, where students incorporate games and experience active learning that applies real- world applications. This quantitative-qualitative study aimed to determine the effectiveness of game-based learning in Grade 9 regular class at Sudtonggan National High School, Lapu-Lapu City Cebu, for the academic year 2023-2024 to propose game-based learning as a strategy in teaching projectile motion. The study participants were 33 students chosen based on the complete enumeration method. The result showed that the participant's test scores significantly showed a relationship between the post-test (after exposure) and the level of acceptability. Furthermore, the study also found that the student has very positive views on the Attainment of Objectives and Delivery of Instructions. Therefore, based on the findings, game-based learning is positively accepted by the students in teaching as they can learn more effectively by incorporating games into the discussion and applying their deep understanding of the topic to reality. The student's satisfaction with game-based learning influenced how they visualized the real-life application of the topic. In conclusion, game-based learning effectively teaches projectile motion based on the participant's test scores and experience. The researchers recommend game-based learning as an effective teaching strategy for teaching students. The students, particularly in regular classes, can utilize game-based learning with complex topics. Moreover, despite its limitations, the school can offer Game-based learning.
