This study examined the Role of E-Assessment tools in language teaching among upper-grade elementary teachers. It sought to explore elementary teachers' experiences, views, and practices regarding the application of e-assessment tools in language instruction. It also sought to determine the common tools applied in language instruction and how they contributed to student engagement, feedback, and assessment. In conducting the study, qualitative research methods were applied. This entailed conducting in-depth interviews and administering questionnaires among elementary teachers. Thematic analysis of the study's data revealed several interesting findings. For instance, the study found that teachers applied e-assessment tools to make language instruction interactive. They also applied the tools to monitor students’ progress and give immediate feedback. However, some challenges affecting the application of the tools included a lack of internet connectivity, limited access to digital devices, and insufficient training in their use. The study found that teachers’ attitudes towards the application of e- assessment in language instruction are positive, as it enhances teaching effectiveness. Based on the study, it is recommended that e-assessment tools are important in enhancing effective language instruction. It is also recommended that teachers receive adequate training to maximize the use of e-assessment tools in language instruction.

Cheryl A. Paclipan, et al. Cordova Public College Gabi, Cordova, Cebu, Philippines paclipancheryl.cte.cpc@gmail.com The Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) was made to assess the knowledge and skills of 15-year-old students in Mathematics, Reading, and Science. The test examines students' abilities to think critically, solve complicated problems, and communicate effectively. In this study, Pre-test and Post-test Design are utilized. The respondents group consisted of (4) four grade 6 sections in Agus Elementary School. Moreover, the results of the study suggest that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores after using the PISA -Assessment Tool. Although the findings indicated that the PISA -Based Assessment Tool is commendable, the researchers concluded that there are still some improvements to be made for the excellent implementation of the PISA -Based Assessment Tool. It is then recommended that in implementing the PISA -Assessment Tool in Science Subject, it should ensure to measurement of the student's knowledge, and capture the breadth and depth of scientific concepts. Additionally, to increase the acceptance of the tool there should be seminars and trainings for the teachers. For future research, it is recommended to evaluate the implementation of the PISA -Based Assessment Tool and do an investigative study.

Technology-based education is an effective tool for improving the student's learning process, and some applications efficiently employ interactive learning among learners. ClassPoint is an application that integrates interactive teaching and classroom quiz tools. Furthermore, the researchers analyzed the impact of ClassPoint on student engagement, learning motivation level, and perceptions of Grade 6 students at Pajac Elementary School. The study explored student engagement, learning motivation level, and perception using ClassPoint for the school year 2023-2024. The study used the quasi- experimental method to demonstrate the causality between the intervention and an outcome using ClassPoint on student engagement and learning motivation. The respondents were 41 students from Pajac Elementary School, chosen through a whole enumeration using random sampling technique. The instrument applied in this study was a survey questionnaire before (without the integration of ClassPoint) and after (with the integration of ClassPoint) and interview questions. Based on the results, ClassPoint has dramatically impacted student engagement and learning motivation. They perceived ClassPoint positively. The researchers sought to determine the significant relationship among the variables. In addition, it implied there was a correlation between student engagement and learning motivation. Based on the findings, introducing ClassPoint resulted in higher student engagement and motivation than traditional teaching methods. Based on the findings and conclusions, supported by the positive feedback from students regarding using ClassPoint. Researchers recommend using ClassPoint has a significant impact on student engagement and motivation.
