Organ Anatomy Application as Supplementary material in learning is applicable in the field of science, specifically in the digestive system, where students incorporate online applications and utilize the features of Organ Anatomy Applications in learning that apply virtual-world applications. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of Organ Anatomy Application as a supplementary material in learning the digestive system among Grade 8 science students in Sudtonggan National High School during the academic year 2023-2024. It aimed to assess students' performance scores, level of acceptability in content, technical quality, usefulness, and the challenges faced while implementing the Organ Anatomy Application. The research used post-test design methods, including survey questionnaires and interviews. The study found that implementing the organ anatomy application had a significant positive impact on the student's performance score, with the mean score of the post-test showing a more significant result of data, which was "very satisfactory." The students' level of acceptability in learning the digestive system using the Organ Anatomy Application was rated as "highly acceptable," with a mean score of 3.74 and a standard deviation of 0.05, indicating that the students had an excellent acceptability level. Furthermore, the responses gathered from students identified primary feedback: It is a handy app for learning the digestive system and is easy to use. Respondent says that this was a helpful app that illustrates the organs of this body, and they are glad they made it. The performance score shows that it has a significant relationship to the level of acceptability of the students. The study concludes that applying organ anatomy can help enhance students' performance in learning about the digestive system. Schools should consider using the Organ Anatomy Application as a potentially effective and efficient tool to improve students' performance scores in science education.
