Cordova Public College fuentesjessel.cte.cpc@gmal.com The 3D Interactive Model as a strategic intervention material in Learning Mitosis and Meiosis is applicable in the field of science, specifically in the topic of Biology 2, where students can experience active learning. This mixed-method study evaluated the effectiveness of the 3D Model in learning mitosis and meiosis and assessed if it can be used as strategic intervention material in the Grade 8 Science class at Sudtunggan National High School, Lapu-Lapu City. Strategic intervention material is used in class remediation to focus on developing the least-learned skills. The researchers interviewed six science teachers to validate the content and suggest enhancing the SIM used by the researchers. It showed that the SIM can be an effective way to help students understand lessons better. Therefore, the use of SIM helped foster the development of science process skills and the mastery of science topics. The researchers recommended that teachers should use the 3D Interactive Model as this material is designed to support and enhance the learning process. This made learning more interactive and engaging for students to learn science concepts and skills. They might involve hands-on activities that capture students' attention and stimulate their interest in the subject matter.
